About the Teacher:
Dionne Willis is an experienced math teacher and veteran CHEER parent:
“I have been teaching high school and middle school mathematics since 1997 when I obtained my bachelor’s degree in mathematics at King's College in Wilkes-Barre PA. I have had the pleasure of teaching high school students in Uganda, inner-city students in Philadelphia and independent school students in the surrounding Philadelphia suburbs.
My most recent full-time teaching position was at Greene Street Friends School from 2013-2016. After leaving the classroom to be a full-time homeschool mom, I have maintained my love of teaching multi-level mathematics by providing weekly math classes for high school students at the Community College of Philadelphia during the fall and spring semesters. I am also blessed to teach and tutor homeschooled and traditionally schooled students on a regular basis as well.”
